  • Starkville Oktibbeha Consolidated School District offers all teachers a local supplement each year 
  • $2250 - $3250 above Mississippi's minimum salary based on certification and experience

  • Shared Partnership Middle School located on the MSU campus serving all SOCSD 6th-7th grade students as well as MSU College of Education pre-service students
