The purpose of the attached document is to outline the procedures used in the SOCSD to enroll and withdraw children that have been placed under the care of the Mississippi Child Protection Service. The goal of the district in collaboration with Oktibbeha County Division of Child Protection Services is to ensure that children placed in foster care have stability with regards to their education.
