The Board of Trustees for the Starkville Oktibbeha School District is beginning to search for a new Superintendent of Schools. An important part of this process is gathering information from all stakeholders to help the Board select a candidate who will be a great fit for our community. The information collected during the scheduled sessions, as well as from this Virtual Focus Group, will guide the Board members in the decision-making process.
The survey is administered by search consultants from HYA, the firm selected to conduct the superintendent search, which ensures that your individual responses are kept anonymous and confidential. This is not a statistically validated survey; instead, it is designed to provide information to the Board of Trustees as they engage in the process of hiring a new superintendent.
