The Starkville Oktibbeha Consolidated School District (SOCSD) is engaged in a search for a new Superintendent.
The members of the SOCSD Board of Trustees are working with Hazard, Young, & Attea Associates to conduct an executive search for the district’s successor superintendent. An important part of the search process involves listening to the ideas of community leaders and stakeholder groups in order to compile a Leadership Profile. This Leadership Profile will include the characteristics desired in the next superintendent and will be published for use during the recruiting and interviewing process. The information learned during these sessions will assist the members of the SOCSD Board of Trustees to make this important decision based on the values and concerns of our community.
