Starkville Oktibbeha Consolidated School District is seeking counseling services to serve our Homeless/Displaced students enrolled in grades PreK thru 12th grade.
These services will be provided by our Project HELP McKinney-Vento program.
Bids will be accepted July 1, 2026 through July 13, 2026 via email sent to Dr. Brandi Burton, SOSD Discovery Center at bburton@starkvillesd.com.
